Rudy juga menjelaskan, pemegang senpi tersebut diketahui bernama Bripka H anggota Polres Parigi Moutong.
“Begitu juga hasil uji DNA dari sample darah yang ditemukan pada proyektil dengan darah korban hasilnya Identik” ungkapnya.
Sehingga dalam proses penyidikan nantinya penyidik akan menetapkan Bripka H sebagai tersangka, tambah Rudy.
Adapun pasal yang dipersangkakan yaitu pasal 359 KUHP, Barang siapa karena kesalahannya atau kealpaannya menyebabkan orang lain mati, diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun, tegas Mantan kapolda Jawa Barat ini
Sampai dengan saat ini Penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Sulteng telah memeriksa saksi sebanyak 14 orang termasuk saudara H serta mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu butir proyektil, satu lembar jaket warna kuning, satu lembar baju kaos warna biru dongker dan 3 butir selongsong, terang Rudy.
